These terms cover the DealOrch website and software. DealOrch is the product brand developed by Vasile Catana through S.R.L. CATANA ENGINEERING (referred to here as “DealOrch”, “we” or “us”). Contact us at support@dealorch.com.

1. The service

DealOrch helps users review sales conversations, prepare email replies, organize tasks and documents, and inspect proposed actions. The public demo uses sample data and sends nothing. Gmail sending requires your exact approval. Google Drive imports only files you select. Google verification is pending and provider access limits apply. Web subscriptions are purchased through secure Paddle checkout. See current product availability.

Joining the product updates list is free. It is not a purchase, a reservation of paid service, or a promise of a launch date. Signing in does not start a subscription. You choose a plan and explicitly continue to checkout under the terms on the pricing page.

2. Your account and connected services

Use an accurate account identity and keep access to your Google account and devices secure. Connect only mailboxes and upload only content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and the recipients you select. Google sign-in and mailbox access are separate choices.

3. AI drafts and exact approval

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Check facts, pricing, commitments, recipients and attachments yourself. An AI draft is not legal, financial or other professional advice. Each email action requires your approval of its exact contents. Approval can result in a message being sent externally; disconnecting later cannot recall it.

Provider acceptance and a Sent-folder record do not establish recipient delivery or agreement. If an outcome is uncertain, inspect the provider account before trying again. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, response rates or availability of third-party systems.

4. Acceptable use

Use DealOrch for lawful, authorized business communication. Do not use it for unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased or scraped contact lists, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive claims, or infringing content. Do not bypass access controls, approval checks, usage limits or provider policies. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect other users.

5. Content and software rights

You retain your rights in your messages, documents and other content. You permit us to process it as needed to provide the functions you request and maintain the service, as explained in our privacy policy. Your access does not transfer ownership of DealOrch’s software or branding. We do not claim ownership of your customer relationships.

6. Paid web subscriptions

Before any purchase, the checkout will identify the applicable seller, price, currency, taxes, renewal period and included allowances. We use Paddle as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for web subscription purchases. For a transaction processed by Paddle, its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase alongside these product terms.

Solo is $29/month or $243.60/year billed upfront, renewing at the selected interval until cancelled. The annual price saves 30% against twelve monthly payments. Both periods have the same calendar-month allowances; unused allowances do not roll over. Cancellation and refund requests are described on our refunds and cancellation page. Deleting an app account is not a substitute for cancelling a paid subscription; no paid subscription is sold through the app today.

7. Availability, suspension and ending access

Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Keep copies of information important to you. You can pause your workspace, disconnect accounts, export supported data and request deletion through Settings or support. Unresolved external actions may need review before deletion can finish. Account deletion does not delete messages already held by your email provider.

8. Your rights and changes

Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. We will publish updated terms with their date; material paid-service changes will be disclosed before they apply. Contact support@dealorch.com about a concern or dispute so we can review it.
