DealOrch helps consultants, suppliers, brokers and service businesses answer customer enquiries and quotes. Read the conversation, generate a reply using your business information, and edit it in one workspace.

From customer email to a reply you can use

1. Sign in with Google. Open your DealOrch workspace. Signing in does not give access to your mailbox.
2. Connect Gmail. Choose a mailbox you own or manage and authorize access separately. Open an email to see its conversation.
3. Add your business information. Upload price lists, product guides or policies, or select files from Google Drive. Set your business profile, tone, language, signature and reply rules in AI Settings.
4. Generate and edit a reply. AI uses the conversation, your settings and relevant file excerpts, then reviews the draft. Check cited sources and review findings before using it. Your edits are saved; regeneration creates a separate candidate.
5. Review the exact message. Check the sender, recipient, subject and body. Every send requires your confirmation. AI cannot approve or send an email on its own.

Current availability

Gmail conversations, approved email sending, selected Google Drive files, saved drafts, business-file uploads, AI drafting, sources and AI Settings are available. AI requests use your workspace’s monthly allowance, shown in the app.

You approve every send. Review the exact recipient and message before confirming. Google verification is pending; Google may show an unverified-app notice and apply user limits. Solo subscriptions are purchased on the web through secure checkout after sign-in.

Business files you control

Upload XLSX, CSV, text-based PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown files, up to 2 MB each. Processed files have an Available to AI control. Turn it off or remove a file to exclude it from new drafts. Sources show document excerpts and spreadsheet references so you can check the details. Google Drive imports only files you select, including Google Docs and Sheets. Selected files refresh every 15 minutes and on demand.

Your account and your decisions

Manage connected accounts, pause the workspace, export supported data or delete your account from Account settings. Review queue keeps proposed actions, decisions and results together. The sample demo uses fictional data and never sends an email.
