This opens your email app. We do not collect a payment or create a subscription when you contact us. Support is provided by email; there is no live-chat or 24/7 response guarantee.
Product and account help
Tell us what you would like to try or what went wrong, along with the page or feature involved. Include any error message you see. We can help with sign-in, mailbox connections and using the workspace.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
No subscriptions are being sold today. For a future billing enquiry, include your account email and transaction reference, if available. See refunds and cancellation. Never email a password, provider token or full card number.
Privacy and account requests
Email us from the address associated with your account and describe your request. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting private information. Account settings also provide supported export and deletion controls. Our privacy policy explains data handling.
Stop product update emails
You can remove your registration using the private removal key provided when you joined, without waiting for an email reply. If you no longer have the key, contact support so we can review a verified request.
